I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and fast service received after my online application to Amobia Communications. Ross Groepe swiftly made contact. He answered all my questions and explained the process to follow in detail. He made himself available 24/7 and supplied his whatsapp number so I could contact him should I need anything. He always answered my messages and arranged to activate my internet immediately after installation, although I expected to wait the prescribed 24 hours. Lovely, to receive such good service. Unfortunately, it is not the norm anymore.
